We use the Australia Post Network – Express Postage is guaranteed next-day delivery into Metro areas only. Please order by 12pm and we will ship your parcel the same day.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All Returns to be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. STYLER take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. The original shipping charges are not refundable and, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a shipping charge will be applied.
PLEASE NOTE: All items purchased on clearance at www.styler.com.au or in-store are not eligible for a return. Please consider this before you make your purchase. If you have any queries about a product before you purchase please phone our boutique.
We accept exchanges and refunds on purchases when the garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached. Shoes must be returned unworn in their original shoe box. Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before wearing them. We will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches.

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
